I am not aware of a Westpac chat area. But could have one.
Westpac use both the ChiX and ASX platforms to buy.
At the moment they choose which platform they use for your order.
Unfortunately you don't get a choice.
I cannot understand why ASX don't offer the same 'split' service as the ChiX platform.
