    Hi Yes they could get in and dig some up with a Backhoe or shovel but that would not pay any monies. First they have to arrange with another miner to Blast and then mine and treat the ore. When that agreement is in place they should then be drilling for the Deeper Richer ores .I would assume that progress on all these fronts is being MADE Cheers Towie DYOR
