RIO Winu report out. 500m tons (Big!) but at av. 0.45% Cu, 0.27g gold. Fairly shallow beneath cover. Suit large scale open cut. Some very interesting thick high grade gold intersections in a line a few Kms east from Winu. Early days though.
Nifty open cut 23 m. tons but 1.24% Cu. Plant already there. + Maroochydore.
Winu looks like some of the Andes deposits. Big with scale economies but low grade.
