When one checks the chart its not hard to see why they were surprised as GP was barely above $1730 for the quarter yet went as low as$1470.t
Compare to current quarters price
There are a few aussie gold companies hedged around 50% of production around A$2000 oz and here we are close to US$2000.
When they truly wake up to how shrewd this management team is the re-rate is going to be massive.
