Because the more of the off-take "our new partner" puts in, the more of the "pie" he will want to hold.
Partners (like all of us), are extremely greedy people.
I admit to being greedy, i want AUZ's share price to reach one dollar, that way, I'M A MILLIONAIRE !
As that real estate saying goes "the seller wants too much for it, and the buyer wants it for nothing".
Better AUZ matches our "new partner" on a fifty-fifty (dollar for dollar), basis.
Of course, all in my own opinion.
