Ok, so your question to the Board would be why was XYZ reported in the quarterly and not reported during the actual quarter? Sounds like a fair question, anything else to ask?
Maybe the dialog here can be gather some consensus (and power in numbers) by putting the Board on notice concerning such matters, I just feel it is better to write to them as a group (even if two or three) with a clear request for answers or explanation around to such concerns, (and in a sense putting them on notice) if the response is not forthcoming then it can be escalated.
Better that IMO, then asking individuals making phone calls. Requirements around governance and compliance concerning shareholder correspondence can't be as easily dismissed or misinterpretated whereas a phone call or calls have no record and accountability.
Just a thought.
