Guess the penny is finally dropping that PDN is looking down the barrel of a potential restart in 2021.
You'd have to think if the spot price can get to US$40 by year-end, LT contracts will be a high 4 handle or even 5 given the potential lack of supply.
Pretty confident they will be able to either project finance or just straight finance the restart. If they can get cashflow going, the refinancing of the current debt maturing in 2023 won't be an issue at all.
The higher the market cap goes, the more insignificant the debt to equity ratio becomes at these pre-restart levels.
