Is this code for offtakers not taking their agreed tonnage?
Regardless of lower production, demand or simply not optimised operational controls, higher cost will persist which faces every commodity producer. The EV revolution will very much depends on the global macroeconomics and I can't see a pre-covid type trajectory on demands in the sector.
