    EV only $1.2m (not including recent WML price increase to 2.3c)

    CAZ had 7m shares in WML which gave them the right to subscribe to another 4.66m shares under the raise.

    June quarterly cashflow was interesting with $458k in "investments" and $49k for a Bank Guarantee. All points to good news being very close.
