"Sack the board"
What board?? Terry is apparently trying to find new appointments so that we have a properly constituted board. In the meantime because of the lack of having a board we don't get re-listed and we don't hold an AGM. Maybe, if you are interested, I'm sure Terry could be contacted at the company's newly found registered office - it's taken him some while to find interested replacements.
