Looks like the share price has reached 150 EMA which was the last support level where the SP jumped. Similar situation where the 20SMA crosses the 40EMA. History doesnt always repeat itself but it does rhymes sometimes. I just DCA in. Hopefully Mark W sees this and DCA too since he purchased 1,000,000 shares at the same time in March.
