Yep, this is full on Management Incompetence. They may know how to run a Gold Mine hopefully but they have No Idea about financials and how to run a Hedge Book. That Hedge Book is an absolute disgrace! Sure the POG has gone up but that's why you do incremental hedges and not Big Fat Ones that leave you as out of the money as this one does
