Richard did say corporate cost and development costs, maybe even exploration. I'm confident that by next year it will be a lot lower, I would suggest $750 by next year just to be conservative.
I believe that this will improve as time goes by, my only concern is Europe. i hope the flights continue and COVID doesn't interrupt our plans from here onwards.
I'm glad I sold majority leading up to the election, I didn't want to sell! I have been overweighted in WAF since 2017.
