Agreed - I'd trust GR. Also, if you think about it, post capital raise, IEC will own 75% of IRL, which itself has an effective valuation of ~USD10m, given they are raising USD2.5m for 25% share capital. Should lift the price of IEC's shares once the raising goes through.
