Under the circumstances I agree that this is a big positive and note they talk of selling their Tancoal interest or part thereof. I also like that they aim to raise the coin for IML via a private placement of upto 25% in IEC which will give us holders (of what is essentially a failed Tanzanian endeavour) a free chance at Mozambique gold to make good! To that end IEC's market cap is cheap even for a shell so there is major multi-bag upside if gold hits are good, which GR seems to think they will be! GLTAH!
