i read it to mean drilling is underway, but why wouldn't they have announced it separately? ARV have previously made announcements when they've commenced drilling on their other tenements. They've also tempered our expectations about the drilling timeline - can only expect this will drag out a while... not sure whether to load up or lighten up the holdings.
