I don't often claim the manipulation line of reasoning but in this case someone is intent on keeping the price low as they accumulate. Decent sized bids with no real asks until $0.078 suggests they're ready to pick up shares from stale holders but unwilling to let any go. Oh well. I guess when they've had their fill they'll take their foot of our throats and let this run. When that happens it'll most probably move quickly.
