I call bull xxxx on the due diligence. My thesis is the vendors and Pelican had to be sorted out.
IF we have an easily stripped and mined orebody and IFit's high grade 67% Fe iron ore, which has been the case on Cockatoo Island, then boom. Bhags.
Also in a low emission, near future, this type of ore might command an even greater premium, assuming here it would take less energy per unit to process.
