So as at 30/10 they were finalising documentation - and now it is 7/12 and they are still presumably finalising documentation.

I see we only have $1.75m in cash left which is a substantial drop on what the Company had when out last Board so swiftly flew the coup and left shareholders stranded. It has been a very expensive due diligence for shareholders.

As has been commented previously in respect to CRB it would have been very nice given the current gold price if our previous Board had not dumped the leases when they basically exited overnight.
