Checking the High Court's calendar for sitting dates , the dates show sittings from 30th November 2020 through to the 11th December 2020 inclusive .
Justice Nettle retires on or about 2nd December 2020. I note His Honour did not hear this case so there is no urgency on that score.
Justice Bell , who is due to retire in March 2021, did sit and hear this case . My guess is that a judgement would likely be handed down either this December 2020 or in February 2021 when the Court returns from recess.
