When Rick Rule rated my portfolio of metals he gave this stock the highest rating, his comment was "great project but not cheap".
Every time these guys drill and/or announce its very decent advancement. Look at the advancements over such a short period of time then confirm to yourself what 6 diamond drill rigs onsite can do and make your decision. In answer to your Q - Yes its got a lot to do with the grade, the ground they have + the existing infrastructure and the likely low AISC once in production.
