Gold price goes up and down is determined by market psychology and where we are now has a lot to do with that. Where we are now is very much to do with doom and gloom on gold price (exacerbated by investors moving into Bitcoin) and that is reflected in all of the gold miner share prices including DCN.
Wish that we are merged with NST (it is NTM) and getting a premium of 100% but we are not! Sure I am looking forward to mid-March when the merger is done and dusted and expecting a subsequent re-rating. I am also looking forward to early April when the Mar qtr report is out: I am going to be realistic by saying that at 2.9MTA of processing capacity, it is not the biggest player in the field but it is good enough to generate good positive cashflow for the quarter to confirm on its turnaround story.
