maybe they have bigger ambitions than only owning a minority interest, keep it secretive not to draw attention ... but given the amount of years the bod have held on to all the cash I doubt they will launch a full takeover bid .... wouldn’t seem their style, these minority buys might be just to appease those investors frustrated with their lack of action.
