This is a growth story, of increasing GWP, and not a sudden bump that will fall back.
What P/E do you put on it? 10, 20, 30? IMO the P/E should be above 30 for its first couple of years growth - anyone have a view?
Let's be conservative - On a half year profit of $480,000: x2 (full year) x 20 = $19.2 million mkt cap = share price of 3.3 cents! Now if the P/E was more like 30 ... And revenue growing ...
