Had a chat with a broker who indicated the plant size the company was considering was 3mtpa which took me by surprise. I have always envisioned 2mtpa. If this is the case with 1.56% graded ore we would produce 46.8kt metal, recovering (80%) 37.5kt with payability around 75%. Use your own assumptions for Nickel price and AISC but i believe a margin of $6k per tonne is realistic so +250m EBITDA.
