at the end of the day traders looking for an exit will be more concerned with this quarter's performance than those with a eye to the longer term. the company is still working with its investment partners to tighten the register. as long as there is a sense that this is a focus, then quarters such as this are still development quarters and not all that useful in pegging the underlying investment value of the company.
