Ann: Quarterly Activities Report, page-107

Somebody please knock me out and wake me up in July for the April-June Quarterly. I am trying hard to suppress my excitement (precisely counting my chickens before they hatch). Will I be mortgage free by then? Will I be mortgage free and be able to buy another property? Will I be able to retire? I think the hardest decisions will have to be made during this period: sell early and have peace of mind being debt free, or hold for a few years and make a life changing amount of money..... Nothing in life is guaranteed, and it's all paper profit until sold.

There are so many insightful posters here, but @sache really takes the analyses to another level. Thank you! The precision and realism brings so much credibility to the potential we have unfolding before our eyes. I don't know how you contain all the excitement!
