The mill design was fundamentally flawed from the beginning. Sedgman are great a designing coal handling and preparation plants but a lot of other base metal projects they have been involved in seems to end in tears for shareholders. New Century Zinc seem plagued by technical recovery issues and this was I believe another Sedgman design.
But I believe all is not lost & I think a small investment by someone with a bit of technical know how on the flotation process can fix it & profits will start to flow.
