In the US, LYSCF closed today at $3.91 per share.
Like it it not, equities traded as “pink sheets” over the counter (OTC) and with share prices below $5 are considered penny stocks.
Of course Lynas doesn’t “deserve” this status given its strong profitability and strategic importance - which is why many of us are clamoring for Lynas to get itself uplisted on the Nasdaq.
Lynas isn’t even visible to deep pocketed investors overseas who never look at the OTC market or purchase equities below $5-$10 per share.
Uplisting to major international exchanges will go a long way to aligning Lynas’ share price with its actual value.
