    Topped up. I think the deal will go ahead. Catcha Group want the cash, Autohome are cashed up and looking for more growth.

    Upside is 50% from here. If the deal falls over it could easily more than halve. Nothing is certain, but I'd suggest the odds of the deal going through is better than what the market suggests.
