    yes the BFS will be released in the ‘next few weeks’. If it is against the rules to strategically drop the BFS, as apposed to releasing it ‘as soon as it’s ready’, this gives them just enough time to put it right after the delisting (4 weeks)

    Clever wording perhaps?
