    Your analogy is misguided. This is not about a requirement for confirmation of any validity or not. And I know very well about CA's. Holders with tunnel vision like yourself will use their means as an excuse to justify there are legitimate buyers for the resource being held back from buying up.

    I don't know what to tell you if you are actually convinced that there are 64 actual seperate entities all wanting to put pen to paper...
