If you mean James Stuart Brown, he's been on the board with SYA since 2013 and is very experienced in the Lithium game. Sadly AJM went into voluntary administration but PLS has taken it on. I'm not at all concerned. It all adds to the wealth of experience and makes one wiser having gone through that unfortunate event.
