Surely people aren't being spooked by the 1.5m seller at 8.5 cents, given what the upside looks like. Then again, nothing surprises me, especially at retail level. I'm loaded to the max, otherwise I'd be buying right up to 10 cents. The arbitrage is good, but the future prospects are the really exciting part.
