I think he's allowed to cash in after all these years. Probably needed to buy a nice new house. Can't be asset rich and cash poor.
In the grand scheme of it, not a big deal considering it is only 10% of his holdings. You'd be worried it was 50% of his holdings. Apparently Scott owns about US$45 Mill worth of stock.
