that is almost correct, you were holding strong, the announcement came out at 2.44pm and the sell off started at 3.37PM, I believe the sell of was due to the 1 hour investors had to read the quarterlies and made the decision to dump, not every gold stock dropped and I find it reasonable to believe your SP would have held up if they had of announced after the market closed, the same as they did for the company secretary resignation/appointment announcement at 4.28PM, why didnt they drop that out at the same time, did they put out an incorrectly worded head line it clearly say resignation/appointment however they forgot to announce who resigned or doesnt the person know they have resigned as yet
