im open to most things, a spin off with great terms i would consider but as woody has highlighted there are alot of issues that arise by doing so, so only for the right circumstances, personally i would have hate to have spin off because it would mean i would have to exercise my options to be eligible haha
i want a JV, offtake or a sale (at the right price ofc)
