Hitting the lower grade material now I'd assume. It was all planned for.
Not much of an issue IMO as we've been getting $1848 for the gold we are selling atm.
Perhaps someone didn't like the amount of tailings in the pit they'd have to move. But then with a few billion in gold under it (and more expected) that'd be a fairly harsh take.
Thought it a good plan to use the pit water in the plant over the next while. Two birds, one stone.
