Well its not going anywhere unless YPB produces something exceptional that will please the market. And then we wont see massing dumping on .003/.004. this is where its getting stuck and not moving forward even after those last good announcements.
Now the qs is how long do we all need to wait in order to see the move? - based on the history, we all may need to wait for years unless a miracle contract comes along.
