Been re-reading TAR announcements today and noticed something subtle but important.
23 Nov 2021 announcement:
29 Jan 2021 quarterly:
To me there is a material difference between 'encouraging' and 'significant', so I take this as good news. Wondering if they were downplaying the results given the ongoing heritage dispute. I initially took the announcement on 23 Nov as bad news, but now I think otherwise.
