Selling DGR's holding to the Chinese to start a bidding war would only benefit SOLG shareholders, not DGR as we would only be the bait. Surely it can't be legal for NM to do that while retaining his own personal holdings in SOLG?
The smarter approach would be to sell some of his personal holdings in SOLG to drive up the price in both SOLG and DGR, which would benefit himself immensely but also deliver for all other shareholders.
