They know they have some high grade ore say 1.35% Cueq+ at Tandayama. If they don't process it on it's own they will use it to sweeten the 0.5% Cueq% stuff from the halo or BC diluted ore from Alpala, or exclude it. The Ann. says to process less ore but increase: return on capital; cashflow; returns.
