Why don’t shareholders put several large shareholders on the board? To ensure that there is always a majority shareholder control? Like 3 large shareholders who will be able to ensure that in any situation they have the majority vote. This doesn’t mean they have to get paid large sums of money they can just be board members on say like 5k a year or something just to cover cost of attending meetings and admin stuff?
