heavily shorted...the writing is on the wall something doesn't seem right what do the institutions know ?Did they see too much when out on site at Cosmos? Is a new mill needed not a worn out refurbished Xstrata mill? Also heard through the grape vine that the project manager onsite quit...and he was the man, so could be interesting going forward...probably better off throwing money at PAN
