I think there maybe be some interest from state and federal governments to develop a downstream plant in Australia. They may want to show the NATs that the electrification of everything can actually create jobs in regional areas. More importantly, Fomo will sooner or later want to be seen to be actually doing something about renewable albeit been dragged kicking and screaming. Maybe a long shot but what a good "show and tell" story for the Biden conference.
Also from a PLS perspective, apart from the benefit of adding value, it would be a lot cheaper to transport Lit Hydroxide than it would Spodumene (1/6)
