I see. In which case your 2% profit inference isn't correct.
These are
cash outgoings for the period, and do not reflect the expenses incurred against revenue generated for the quarter. For example, in the $9.1m in goods cost, a portion of that will be for new inventory which hasn't yet been sold.
Check HT8's Q1 report for a very good example of how you can be cashflow negative (i.e. cash outgoings are less than cash income) yet still generate a sizeable profit (8% +). It is a typical scenario when a business is growing.
@dcob you state the company is loss making on $30m revenues... this is also incorrect and frankly a flagrant disregard for information readily available to the public. The company made over $1m profit on its $19m revenues to end H1, and I suspect will have added a further $700k or so in this quarter (although this is unknown to the market at this time).
