    Someone correct me if I'm wrong - given they are over 2 months late filing this disclosure, if they had sold any more than the 5 mill since then, wouldn't todays disclosure have to include them in the total change of holding?

    My view is they have only sold 5 mill, and yes, the timing of mid-Feb smells slightly off
