One thing shareholders have learnt over the last few years is there are some things with CRB that make minimal sense.

Why the sudden exit from the Mt Morgan project?- even when they announced the revised figures there was still a good gap to the current gold price at the time. I appreciate the copper/cyanide consumption to remove it but the pyrite / copper sulphate byproducts seemed to help with the feasibility. The revised ASIC was US $621/Oz hardly project killing on the surface given the gold price even at that time.

Why the sudden exit of many of the previous BOD ?

Why exit the project totally on the way out and not let the incoming Board see what they could do with the project?

The share consolidation is just another CRB conundrum for Shareholders to put up with. Possibly it is to further dilute existing shareholders so incoming holders have voting control - that said they could have just issued more shares to the vendors - so who knows
