Burned? is it possible to describe cash spent on an apparently appreciating asset as 'burned'?
If you truly believe that maybe you need to revise your 'Held' & 'Hold' sentiment to 'Held' & 'But I don't really want to be here'.
Or just sell, take the profit from BNL that you are no doubt sitting on and buy into this crowd ... they hate burning stuff ...
