Where is the offtake partner negotiation taking care of AUZ's security.
Where is
Offtake funding commitment
Offtake deposit, proving commitment long term.
Offtake agreement security/ penalty for in case of default.
There is none, so if the offtake partner cracks the shits and walks away, AUZ is left with all the financial commitment and fallout that comes as a result.
They truly have learned nothing
